- Preheat the oven to 325
- Sear brisket in large dutch oven coated with olive oil (2 TB) over medium-high flame
- Remove from heat, pour over the rest of the ingredients
- Cover pan and bake in oven 3-4 hours, basting with pan juices every 30 minutes
