1 tsp baking soda
1-1/4 c packed brown sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 TB milk
2 tsp vanilla
2-1/2 c oats
12 oz chocolate chips
1 c pecans
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine flour and baking soda in a small bowl.
- Beat brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips and pecans.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets
- Bake for 9-10 minutes
- Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to wire racks
