Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies

1-3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/4 c packed brown sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 TB milk
2 tsp vanilla
2-1/2 c oats
12 oz chocolate chips
1 c pecans
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Combine flour and baking soda in a small bowl.
  3. Beat brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy.
  4. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  6. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and pecans.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets
  8. Bake for 9-10 minutes
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute, then transfer to wire racks
