Carmalita Bars

1-3/4 c flour
1-3/4 c oatmeal
1-1/3 c brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c chocolate chips
1 c pecans
1 c hot caramel
  1. Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, soda, salt and butter until crumbly
  2. Put ½ into a greased and floured 8x8” pan
  3. Bake at 350 for 10 mintues
  4. Top with chocolate, pecans, caramel
  5. Sprinkle with the rest of flour mix
  6. Return to oven for 15 minutes
