Pecan Pie Bars

1¼ cup flour
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11x7x1/2 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Pulse 3 times. Add butter and pulse until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Mix together eggs, pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pan and cut into squares.
