2 c all-purpose flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1 c oil
4 eggs
1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c Sun-Maid Natural Raisins

2/3 c softened butter

6 oz softened cream cheese
4 c powdered sugar
2 TB milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
- Heat oven to 350 F
- Grease 12x18" jelly roll pan for bars or 9x12 pan for cake
- Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl
- Beat at low speed until moistened
- Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
- Stir in nuts and raisins
- Pour into greased pan
- Bars: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, Cake: 45 minutes
- Cool completely
- Combine all frosting ingredients in a small bowl and beat until smooth
- Spread frosting on bars
- Refrigerate
