Pumpkin Bars

Bars
2 c all-purpose flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1 c oil
4 eggs
1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c Sun-Maid Natural Raisins

Icing
2/3 c softened butter
6 oz softened cream cheese
4 c powdered sugar
2 TB milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Heat oven to 350 F
  2. Grease 12x18" jelly roll pan for bars or 9x12 pan for cake
  3. Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Beat at low speed until moistened
  5. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
  6. Stir in nuts and raisins
  7. Pour into greased pan
  8. Bars:  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, Cake:  45 minutes
  9. Cool completely
  10. Combine all frosting ingredients in a small bowl and beat until smooth
  11. Spread frosting on bars
  12. Refrigerate
