Beef Stew

1 pound beef, cubed
1 large can tomato juice
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
1 c celery, diced
onion salt
salt
pepper

Cook in a crock pot on high for 8 hours or simmer on stove for 2 hours

Makes 10 cups
