1 small bag carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into small pieces
salt, pepper and onion salt to taste
2 chicken breasts cut into small pieces
1 cup rice
- Combine broth, carrots, celery and spices in a stock pot. Simmer until tender.
- Add chicken, cook until tender.
- Add rice, simmer 10 minutes longer.
