2/3 c melted butter
7 eggs
1 1/4 c evaporated milk
2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c flour
2 TB butter, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c chopped pecans
- Whip cooked sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add butter, eggs and evaporated milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a 9x13" baking dish.
- In a seperate bowl, mix flour, butter and brown sugar until consistency of sand. Add pecans and mix thoroughly.
- Pour pecan mixture on top of sweet potatoes.
- Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours
